1、壓殼出口因油氣積累而引起的增壓器壓氣端漏油:檢查增壓器,確認(rèn)增壓器是合格品,一般可以從增壓器的使用情況來分析,如使用環(huán)境灰塵大,引起空濾清器堵塞造成負(fù)壓達(dá)5.5kPa以上,即會(huì)造成增壓器壓氣端漏油;汽車在山區(qū)下大坡,沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組不加油門低速行駛15分鐘以上,增壓器中壓葉輪背面建立不起氣封形成真空也會(huì)引起增壓器壓氣端漏油。只要經(jīng)常保養(yǎng)空濾清器,沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組怠速時(shí)間不要過長,這種假性漏油現(xiàn)象即可排除。
1. Oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger caused by oil and gas accumulation at the pressure housing outlet: Check the supercharger and confirm that the supercharger is a qualified product. Generally, it can be analyzed from the use of the supercharger. If the dust in the operating environment is large, causing the air filter to block and causing a negative pressure of over 5.5kPa, it will cause oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger; When a car is driving down a steep slope in a mountainous area, the biogas generator unit will drive at a low speed for more than 15 minutes without the fuel filler door. Failure to establish a gas seal on the back of the medium pressure impeller of the supercharger to form a vacuum can also cause oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger. As long as the air filter is regularly maintained, the idling time of the biogas generator set should not be too long, and this false oil leakage phenomenon can be eliminated.
2、機(jī)油壓力過高會(huì)引起增壓器漏油:沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組增壓器的進(jìn)油壓力過高也是引起增壓器漏油的原因之一。當(dāng)我們經(jīng)檢查確認(rèn)增壓器是合格品,而又發(fā)現(xiàn)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油壓遠(yuǎn)高于說明書的規(guī)定,則要檢查沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的潤滑系統(tǒng),調(diào)壓閥是否卡死或失靈,沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油壓力正常了,增壓器的漏油即可排除。

3、回油不暢會(huì)造成增壓器漏油:沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組增壓器的回油是靠油的自重從增壓器回油管回入沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組中,如果回油管出現(xiàn)縮節(jié)和阻塞,增壓器的回油不暢,增壓器會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩端滲漏機(jī)油。應(yīng)排除回油不暢,在增壓器完好的情況下,故障也即排除。
3. Poor oil return can cause oil leakage from the supercharger: The oil return from the supercharger of a biogas generator unit is returned from the supercharger oil return pipe to the biogas generator unit by the weight of the oil. If the oil return pipe is shrunk or blocked, the oil return from the supercharger is not smooth, and oil leakage occurs at both ends of the supercharger. It should be ruled out that the oil return is not smooth, and if the supercharger is intact, the fault should be eliminated.
4、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組在施工中頻繁停車起動(dòng):沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組在施工中頻繁停車起動(dòng),會(huì)引起增壓器中間殼渦輪端結(jié)焦;同時(shí)引起中間殼回油腔結(jié)焦,使增壓器回油腔縮小回油不暢產(chǎn)生漏油,應(yīng)檢查各易損件是否完好,并清除結(jié)焦。
4. It is necessary to check whether all vulnerable parts are in good condition and remove coking.
5、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組竄氣嚴(yán)重會(huì)造成增壓器的回油不暢、增壓器漏油:有些增壓器發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油甚至兩端漏油,經(jīng)檢查增壓器是合格品,進(jìn)油回油也正常,再進(jìn)行拆檢發(fā)現(xiàn)增壓器主軸中段有很厚的油垢還有些發(fā)硬,鏟除清洗后發(fā)現(xiàn)主軸中段變淡黃色且增壓器回油管中亦有油垢,從以上現(xiàn)象可以判斷為沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組竄氣引起增壓器的回油不暢。更換沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組四配套排除沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組下竄氣,對(duì)增壓器、回油管進(jìn)行清洗,故障即可排除。
5. Serious gas channeling in biogas generator units can cause poor oil return from the supercharger and oil leakage from the supercharger: Some superchargers have found oil leakage, even at both ends. Upon inspection, the supercharger is qualified, and the oil inlet and return are also normal. After disassembly and inspection, it is found that there are thick oil stains and some hardening in the middle section of the supercharger's main shaft. After cleaning, it is found that the middle section of the main shaft turns pale yellow and there are also oil stains in the supercharger's oil return pipe, From the above phenomenon, it can be judged that the blowby of the biogas generator unit causes the oil return of the supercharger to be blocked. Replace the four matching biogas generator sets to eliminate the downward blowby of the biogas generator set, and clean the supercharger and oil return pipe. The fault can be eliminated.
