1. The generator set cannot be started
發(fā)電機(jī)組的成功開啟肯定是要有足夠快的轉(zhuǎn)速,好的氣缸壓縮力以及噴進(jìn)霧化良好的燃油而且還要有一定的溫度,讓霧化的燃油達(dá)到著火的情況。
The successful start-up of the generator set must have sufficient speed, good cylinder compression force, and the injection of well atomized fuel, as well as a certain temperature to allow the atomized fuel to reach the point of ignition.
When there is no start, the first thing to do is to check the circuit. Press the start button, and if the starting motor does not move, it means the circuit is open or the contact is poor. If only the starting gear and flywheel gear ring collide, it means that the large and small gears cannot mesh. At this time, just turn the flywheel one to a few teeth, and if the starting motor turns weak or the speed is low, it means that the battery power is insufficient.
2. Insufficient power of the generator set

這個(gè)時(shí)候就先空車檢查,如果加大油門,空車可以達(dá)到高轉(zhuǎn)速就是故障在工作機(jī)械,如果空車轉(zhuǎn)速上不去就代表故障在發(fā)電機(jī)組。

檢查排氣歧管根部的溫度,如果溫度過低就是這個(gè)缸不工作或者是工作不良,低速時(shí)可用手指觸摸檢查,高速的時(shí)候就不要這樣做了,免得燙傷手指,這個(gè)時(shí)候就可以向排氣歧管的根部吐唾液,如果唾液沒有發(fā)出那種被高溫蒸發(fā)的聲音就代表這個(gè)缸壞掉了。

自動(dòng)熄火的原因太多了,但是常見的基本就是燃油供給中斷和運(yùn)動(dòng)件受阻這兩個(gè)問題。

在正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候,如果,轉(zhuǎn)速慢慢的掉下來,聲音慢慢的變小,油溫、壓力、水溫都正常,推動(dòng)油門沒有效果,延續(xù)一段時(shí)間后再慢慢的熄火,停車后用改錐能盤動(dòng)飛輪就代表是燃油供給不暢或中斷。
During normal operation, if the speed slowly drops, the sound gradually decreases, and the oil temperature, pressure, and water temperature are all normal. Pushing on the throttle has no effect. After a period of time, slowly turn off the engine and use a screwdriver to turn the flywheel after parking, it means that the fuel supply is not smooth or interrupted.
在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中,水溫正常,機(jī)油壓力下降,油溫上升,油里面有金屬的碎片,有機(jī)油燒干的氣味,機(jī)器振動(dòng)變快,聲音異常,轉(zhuǎn)速慢慢的降低,停車時(shí)慣性轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)間短,停車后盤不動(dòng)飛輪,機(jī)器降溫后還是盤不動(dòng)飛輪那就可以確定是主軸燒瓦。
During operation, the water temperature is normal, the engine oil pressure drops, and the oil temperature rises. There are metal fragments in the oil, and there is a smell of engine oil burning dry. The machine vibrates faster, the sound is abnormal, and the speed slowly decreases. When parking, the inertia rotation time is short, and the flywheel cannot be turned after parking. If the machine still cannot be turned after cooling down, it can be determined that the main shaft is burnt.
