發(fā)電機(jī)組各缸的供油量如果不均勻（如有的缸供油量過大，有的缸供油量過小），會(huì)直接影響發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作的平穩(wěn)性?？刹鹣聡娪捅迷谠囼?yàn)臺(tái)上檢查調(diào)整。但是，如果沒有試驗(yàn)臺(tái)而又必須進(jìn)行供油量不均的檢查，也可對(duì)被懷疑缸的供油量進(jìn)行粗略的檢查。檢查調(diào)整方法：

If the fuel supply of each cylinder in the generator set is uneven (such as some cylinders having excessive fuel supply, while others have insufficient fuel supply), it will directly affect the smoothness of engine operation. The fuel injection pump can be removed and checked and adjusted on the test bench. However, if there is no test bench and it is necessary to check for uneven fuel supply, a rough inspection of the suspected cylinder's fuel supply can also be carried out. Check and adjust the method:

① 準(zhǔn)備兩個(gè)玻璃量筒待用。如果一時(shí)找不到量筒，也可用兩個(gè)相同的小瓶代替。

① Prepare two glass measuring cylinders for use. If the measuring cylinder cannot be found at the moment, two identical small bottles can also be used as substitutes.

② 拆下供油量過大（或過?。┮桓着c噴油器連接的高壓油管接頭。

② Remove the high-pressure oil pipe joint that connects the cylinder with the fuel injector due to excessive (or insufficient) fuel supply.

③ 再拆下供油量正常一缸與噴油器連接的高壓管接頭。

④ 將兩個(gè)油管端頭分別插入兩個(gè)量筒（或小瓶）內(nèi)。

⑤ 用起動(dòng)機(jī)帶發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)使噴油泵泵油。

⑥ 當(dāng)量筒（或小瓶）內(nèi)有一定的柴油時(shí)，將量筒放在水平臺(tái)上比較油量的多少，便可確定供油量是否過大或過小。如果用小瓶代替，可對(duì)其進(jìn)行稱量比較?？筛淖儑娪捅糜土空{(diào)節(jié)拉桿（即齒桿）上拔叉（或齒圈）的相對(duì)位置進(jìn)行調(diào)整。對(duì)P_型泵可通過轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)法蘭套筒進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

⑥ When there is a certain amount of diesel in the equivalent cylinder (or small bottle), place the measuring cylinder on a horizontal table to compare the amount of oil and determine whether the fuel supply is too large or too small. If a small bottle is used instead, it can be weighed and compared. The relative position of the fork (or ring gear) on the fuel injection pump oil quantity adjustment rod (i.e. gear rod) can be adjusted. The P_ type pump can be adjusted by rotating the flange sleeve.

在發(fā)電機(jī)組操作過程中，根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，應(yīng)特別注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

During the operation of the generator set, based on experience, special attention should be paid to the following points:

① 松開拔叉（或齒圈、或法蘭套筒）的固定螺釘，只需微量移動(dòng)便可改變供油量，切不可移動(dòng)過大，否則難以調(diào)整準(zhǔn)確（如有必要，可先標(biāo)記出初始位置，便于對(duì)照）。

① Loosen the fixing screws of the fork (or ring gear, or flange sleeve), and the fuel supply can be changed by moving it slightly. Do not move it too much, otherwise it is difficult to adjust accurately (if necessary, mark the initial position first for comparison).

② 每次調(diào)整后，必須確認(rèn)固定螺釘?shù)臄Q緊度。

② After each adjustment, the tightening degree of the fixing screws must be confirmed.

③ 在進(jìn)行供油量的調(diào)整時(shí)，應(yīng)確保油量不得高于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)供油量。這是因?yàn)檎{(diào)整是在低速下進(jìn)行的，考慮到漏油等諸多因素的影響，此時(shí)允許有較大的不均勻度（30%），但高速時(shí)受節(jié)流作用等因素的影響，其允許不均勻度較?。?%）。如果在低速時(shí)的油量高于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)供油量，那么高速油量可能會(huì)有較大變化，甚至超過額定供油量。

③ When adjusting the fuel supply, it should be ensured that the fuel supply does not exceed the standard fuel supply. This is because the adjustment is carried out at low speeds, taking into account the influence of various factors such as oil leakage, a significant unevenness (30%) is allowed at this time. However, at high speeds, due to factors such as throttling, the allowable unevenness is relatively small (3%). If the oil quantity at low speed is higher than the standard fuel supply, the oil quantity at high speed may have significant changes, even exceeding the rated fuel supply.

④ 如果在同一發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上大供油量與小供油量相差較大，不要急于調(diào)整，可先將兩分泵的出油閥對(duì)調(diào)安裝，進(jìn)行檢查比較，這樣做有時(shí)也可以改變供油量。若對(duì)調(diào)后沒有改變供油量，則需對(duì)兩分泵逐一進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

④ If there is a significant difference between the large and small fuel supply on the same engine, do not rush to adjust. You can first swap and install the outlet valves of the two pumps for inspection and comparison. Sometimes, this can also change the fuel supply. If there is no change in the fuel supply after swapping, it is necessary to adjust the two pumps one by one.

⑤ 采用比較法調(diào)整供油量，操作必須謹(jǐn)慎細(xì)致
