船用發(fā)電機組受多重環(huán)境氣候的影響,使得柴油發(fā)電機組及配套散熱器都必須符合船用規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才可使用,否則會造成安全隱患與使用問題。

此外,船用機組分主機和輔機,大多數(shù)情況要求多機并聯(lián),陸用機組視具體情況相對簡單,兩者使用條件也不一樣,船用發(fā)電機組是在內(nèi)陸河流或海洋上運行使用,因此防水、防潮、防鹽堿、抗沖擊、抗顛簸的能力有強制要求。

一般船用柴油發(fā)電機組及配套散熱器在制造時會考慮以下四項環(huán)境因素:

一、潮濕對發(fā)電機繞組絕緣及其他配件的損壞,特別是生銹問題,水箱箱體需防止銹蝕。

二、船體振動顛簸對機組整體性能尤其是散熱器結(jié)構(gòu)影響大。
2、 The vibration and turbulence of the ship have a significant impact on the overall performance of the unit, especially the radiator structure.
三、海洋環(huán)境中鹽堿腐蝕(因海水是堿性)對機組繞組及散熱器芯體腐蝕嚴(yán)重。
3、 Saline alkali corrosion in the marine environment (due to the alkalinity of seawater) severely corrodes the unit windings and radiator cores.
四、海上環(huán)境造成維修的不便。
4、 The marine environment causes inconvenience in maintenance.
陸用柴油發(fā)電機組及配套散熱器并不會專門針對以上四個方面去設(shè)計,而船用機組則考慮到以上因素,必須選用三防水箱,否則機組一旦使用必然會造成早期腐蝕、穿孔,基本無法維修且更換困難,國家也明文規(guī)定船用機組及部件必須要有三檢證書,檢驗合格的機組才允許在船上正常使用,處于類似環(huán)境的海島用機組也適用以上要求。
