試驗(yàn)方法：試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在符合產(chǎn)品技術(shù)條件規(guī)定的準(zhǔn)備啟動(dòng)狀態(tài)下，每給一個(gè)啟動(dòng)指令，啟動(dòng)成功后突加功率為1.0的50%的額定負(fù)載運(yùn)行5min，再停機(jī) 。

Test method: The test should be conducted in a ready to start state that meets the technical requirements of the product. After each start command is given, a 50% rated load with a power of 1.0 should be suddenly applied and run for 5 minutes before stopping.

試驗(yàn)100次 。啟動(dòng)成功率應(yīng)大于99% 。否則，則認(rèn)為此項(xiàng)不合格 。

檢查方法：兩臺(tái)機(jī)組應(yīng)互為主備用，任選一臺(tái)作主用，人為切斷市電，主用機(jī)組自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)成功后供電 。制造一個(gè)故障，使主用機(jī)組自動(dòng)停機(jī)備用機(jī)組則應(yīng)自動(dòng)成功后供電 。使市電恢復(fù)正常，備用機(jī)組應(yīng)級(jí)自動(dòng)停機(jī) 。

Inspection method: Two units should be used as primary and backup for each other, with either unit being selected as primary. If the mains power is manually cut off, the primary unit will automatically start and power will be supplied. If a fault is caused and the main unit automatically shuts down, the backup unit should automatically supply power after successful operation. To restore normal power supply, the backup unit should automatically shut down.

如不合格，找出原因，排除故障 。兩臺(tái)機(jī)組分別為主用，復(fù)試三次，如仍有一次不合格，則認(rèn)為此項(xiàng)不合格 。

Test method: Turn on the starting power supply, move the unit working mode selection switch to automatic, send the starting command, and if the unit fails to start manually, the unit should automatically start three times.

7、 檢查自動(dòng)化機(jī)組的保護(hù)性能

試驗(yàn)方法：機(jī)油壓力低、冷卻水溫度高保護(hù)，采取模擬的方法;過(guò)電壓保護(hù)采取調(diào)整輸出電壓的方法;缺相保護(hù)采取人為斷開一相的方法;過(guò)載保護(hù)采取加大負(fù)載的方法 。

Test method: Adopt simulation method for protection against low oil pressure and high cooling water temperature; Overvoltage protection adopts the method of adjusting the output voltage; Phase loss protection adopts the method of manually disconnecting one phase; Overload protection adopts the method of increasing the load.

8、檢查柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組自動(dòng)化機(jī)組的冷卻水、機(jī)油加熱

試驗(yàn)方法：接通電源，水的溫度若低于15℃時(shí)加熱器應(yīng)加熱，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到50℃時(shí)加熱器應(yīng)停止加熱 。

Test method: Connect the power supply, and if the water temperature is below 15 ℃, the heater should heat up. When the temperature reaches 50 ℃, the heater should stop heating.

接通電源，機(jī)油的溫度若低于15℃時(shí)加熱器應(yīng)加熱，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到30℃時(shí)加熱器應(yīng)停止加熱 。
