交流柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的保養(yǎng)要注意什么?
關(guān)于交流柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的保養(yǎng),雖然柴油發(fā)電機(jī)保養(yǎng)是很少需要進(jìn)行,但是我們也是建議要作定期的檢查及清潔。對線圈的絕緣性能在第一次使用之前作測試。

如發(fā)電機(jī)停機(jī)備用,則視乎存放地點(diǎn)的溫度,3-6個月檢測絕緣度一次,在高溫度地區(qū),當(dāng)機(jī)器不使用時安裝發(fā)熱器來驅(qū)溫,將有助于保持線圈的乾燥。
If the generator is shut down for backup, the insulation degree should be checked every 3-6 months depending on the temperature of the storage location. In high temperature areas, installing a heater to drive the temperature when the machine is not in use will help keep the coils dry.
如交流柴油發(fā)電機(jī)裝有空氣過濾器則要視乎機(jī)址環(huán)境來進(jìn)行定期的視察,如需進(jìn)行清潔,把過濾器的材料拆下來,把材料浸或沖洗:可加入適當(dāng)?shù)某蹌┲钡讲牧锨瑑魹橹?。在裝回去之前要把材料完全弄乾。
If the AC diesel generator is equipped with an air filter, regular inspections should be carried out depending on the site environment. If cleaning is required, remove the filter material and soak or rinse it: appropriate cleaning agents can be added until the material is clean. Before installing it back, completely dry the materials.
再者,交流柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的內(nèi)外都應(yīng)定期清潔,而清潔的頻率則要視乎機(jī)器所在地的環(huán)境。當(dāng)要清潔時可按下列步驟進(jìn)行。將所有電源斷開,把外表所有的塵、污物、油積、水及任何液體擦掉,通風(fēng)網(wǎng)也要清潔干凈,因?yàn)檫@些東西進(jìn)入線圈,這樣就會使線圈過熱或破壞絕緣。塵和污物較好用吸塵器吸掉,不要用吹氣或高壓噴水來清潔。

It is better to use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt, and do not use blowing air or high-pressure water spray to clean.
使用環(huán)境的氣溫對柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的磨損也是有影響的。氣溫高時發(fā)動機(jī)易過熱,潤滑油粘度低,零件的磨損便增加。氣溫低時潤滑油粘度變大,柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組起動困難,工作時冷卻水不能保持正常溫度,增加零件的磨損和腐蝕。柴油機(jī)在低溫起動時,磨損更為嚴(yán)重。柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的工作溫度是影響磨損的重要因素之一。在使用過程中,由于冷卻系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的限制,工作負(fù)荷及轉(zhuǎn)速的變化,環(huán)境溫度的改變等因素,使柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組工作溫度的變化范圍很大。實(shí)踐表明,冷卻水溫度控制在75~85℃,潤滑油溫度在75~95℃時一為有利
