秸稈氣化發(fā)電工藝有哪些?

典型的秸稈氣化發(fā)電工藝流程,主要由進料裝置、燃氣發(fā)生系統(tǒng)、燃氣凈化系統(tǒng)、燃氣發(fā)電系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)和廢水處理系統(tǒng)六大部分組成。

(1)進料裝置;進料裝置一般采用螺旋進料器,依靠電磁調(diào)速電機驅(qū)動并調(diào)節(jié)秸稈物料的進料量,螺旋進料器不僅能夠保證連續(xù)均勻地進料,而且能夠有效地將氣化爐與外部隔絕密閉起來,使氣化所需空氣只能由鼓風機控制進入氣化爐。
(1) Feeding device; The feeding device generally adopts a screw feeder, which is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor and regulates the feeding amount of straw materials. The screw feeder can not only ensure continuous and uniform feeding, but also effectively isolate and seal the gasifier from the outside, so that the air required for gasification can only be controlled by the blower to enter the gasifier.
(2)燃氣發(fā)生系統(tǒng);燃氣發(fā)生系統(tǒng)主要由進風機、氣化爐和排渣螺旋裝置構(gòu)成。氣化爐有固定床氣化爐、流化床氣化爐等不同形式,但主要采用循環(huán)流化床氣化爐。農(nóng)作物秸稈在氣化爐中轉(zhuǎn)化為可燃氣體,氣化后產(chǎn)生的灰分由排渣螺旋裝置及時排出爐外。

(2) Gas generation system; The gas generation system is mainly composed of inlet fan, gasifier and slag removal screw device. The gasifier has different forms, such as fixed bed gasifier and fluidized bed gasifier, but mainly uses circulating fluidized bed gasifier. Crop straw is converted into combustible gas in the gasifier, and the ash generated after gasification is timely discharged from the furnace by the slag removal screw device.
(3)燃氣凈化系統(tǒng);秸稈氣化后產(chǎn)生的可燃氣含有大量的粉塵、灰分、焦油等,需經(jīng)過凈化處理后才能用于發(fā)電。對于固體顆粒和細粉塵的去除一般選用多級除塵技術(shù),如慣性除塵器、旋風除塵器、文丘里洗滌器、電除塵器等。可燃氣中焦油的去除一般采用吸附和水洗的方法,主要設(shè)備是兩個串聯(lián)的噴淋洗氣塔。
(3) Gas purification system; The combustible gas produced after straw gasification contains a large amount of dust, ash, tar, etc., which can be used for power generation only after purification. For the removal of solid particles and fine dust, multi-stage dust removal technology is generally adopted, such as inertial dust collector, cyclone dust collector, venturi scrubber, electric dust collector, etc. Tar in combustible gas is generally removed by adsorption and water washing, and the main equipment is two spray gas washing towers in series.
(4)燃氣發(fā)電系統(tǒng);燃氣發(fā)電系統(tǒng)主要有內(nèi)燃機發(fā)電系統(tǒng)、燃氣輪機發(fā)電系統(tǒng)和燃氣內(nèi)燃機組發(fā)電系統(tǒng)三種。內(nèi)燃機發(fā)電系統(tǒng)以簡單的內(nèi)燃機組為主,可以單獨燃用低熱值燃氣,也可以燃氣、油兩用,其設(shè)備技術(shù)成熟可靠,乃常用設(shè)備。燃氣輪機發(fā)電系統(tǒng)對燃氣的質(zhì)量要求較高,而且需要較高的自動化控制水平和燃氣輪機改造技術(shù)水平,所以單用燃氣輪機的秸稈發(fā)電技術(shù)較少。燃氣-蒸汽聯(lián)用混合發(fā)電技術(shù)是在內(nèi)燃機、燃氣輪機發(fā)電的基礎(chǔ)上增加余熱蒸汽的聯(lián)合循環(huán),可以有效提高效率,燃氣-蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)的秸稈發(fā)電系統(tǒng)一般采用燃氣輪機發(fā)電設(shè)備。
(4) Gas power generation system; Gas power generation system mainly includes internal combustion engine power generation system, gas turbine power generation system and gas internal combustion unit power generation system. The internal combustion engine power generation system is mainly composed of simple internal combustion units, which can be used to burn low calorific value gas alone or both gas and oil. Its equipment technology is mature and reliable, and it is a common equipment. Gas turbine power generation system requires high quality of gas, and requires high automation control level and gas turbine transformation technology level, so straw power generation technology of gas turbine alone is less. Gas-steam combined hybrid power generation technology is a combined cycle that adds waste heat steam on the basis of internal combustion engine and gas turbine power generation, which can effectively improve efficiency. The straw power generation system of gas-steam combined cycle generally uses gas turbine power generation equipment.
(5)控制系統(tǒng);控制系統(tǒng)主要由電控柜、熱電偶、溫度顯示儀、壓力表以及風量控制閥構(gòu)成,有需要時還可以增加電腦自動化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

(6)廢水處理系統(tǒng);秸稈氣化發(fā)電產(chǎn)生的廢水一般采用過濾吸附、生物法處理或者化學混凝法等處理,然后循環(huán)利用。
