水進(jìn)入柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組空氣中的水氣在溫度的改變下會(huì)發(fā)生冷凝現(xiàn)象，結(jié)成水珠掛附在油箱內(nèi)壁，當(dāng)水珠流入柴油后，就會(huì)使柴油含水量超標(biāo)，當(dāng)這樣的柴油進(jìn)入發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)高壓油泵后，就會(huì)銹蝕精密偶合件，假設(shè)嚴(yán)重的話就會(huì)損壞機(jī)組,柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組工作過程中，油污或雜質(zhì)會(huì)沉積在濾網(wǎng)壁上，而過個(gè)會(huì)使濾器過濾功能下降，沉積過多，油路將無(wú)法疏通，當(dāng)設(shè)備工作時(shí)將會(huì)因油無(wú)法供應(yīng)而不能正常使用。

線路連接靜音柴油發(fā)電機(jī)假設(shè)使用時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)的話，線路接頭就有可能松動(dòng)，需要定期的檢查。
